(Use my discount code to save 10%)

Close up of Veggie Veronica!

Now I know it's a December Planner page! But think about it for a minute.
Don't we all think "oh I need to get back to the Gym in the New Year!", "I need to lose some weight!", etc, etc. So my Sassy Veronica is the perfect image for December.....LOL, in my mind anyways!

Have I told you yet that I absolutely love this planner set! - just love the grungy look and those little boxes pre-done to insert your numbers.

I have printed my pages in A5 size as it's just my DT Planner so I don't need heaps of space for each day - LOL, just more time please!
I coloured with Copic Markers and used some washi tape on the edges.

Here's a coupon code to save 10% OFF the entire Oddball Art Etsy Shop

Whimsical Dreams Coloring Book

Welcome to Julia Spiri's New Book Release.

Adult Coloring Book - Whimsical Dreams: Color up a Fantasy, Magic Characters. All ages. 50 Different Images printed on single-sided pages Paperback.

by Julia Spiri (Author)

Image may contain: 1 person

From the Author:
In this coloring book you will find lots of unique, whimsical characters from a gentle world of fantasy. There are 50 different images to color. Creating a character is a long creative process. Once an idea has formed in my mind I begin sketching, until I have a clear image that I am happy with and want to paint. Once this is complete I finish the final drawing with clean lines, sometimes using traditional pencil, and sometimes digital pencil. Creating so many characters for this book was a long process, but so much fun. I hope you enjoy coloring it as much as I enjoyed creating it. 50 Different Images printed on single-sided pages..

So I coloured up a page called Fairy Houses.

I then masked off the image and used my spray mist and vanilla smooch to give it a different background.

ooohhhhhhh it looks like a Fairy Dust storm has arrived!!

Now of course once you have coloured up your page of choice, don't forget to enter our Blog Challenge over at the Wide World Open Design Team Challenge Blog.

DT's on any Design Team in the world can enter this Challenge.. as can members of Julia's Facebbok Group.

Thanks for looking and I hope you can join in,
Until next time, Happy Crafting.

#coffeeaddict

Welcome to another Fun~day Friday Challenge at Jo's Scrap Shack.

This week's Challenge:
Starts: Friday, May 19th  12:00AM
 Ends:   Friday, May 26th 6:00PM
(Eastern USA time)

Ok, so this week we also have an Optional Twist!
The twist is to add 2 or more triangles.

This week's Sponsor is Little Blue Button Stamps.

Little Blue Button Stamps
I got the chance to use the fun image Panda with Cup.

Such  a cute image! I made this card for my daughter who loves Panda's, wears glasses (gets it from me I'm afraid) and loves coffee.
When I showed her the finished card she said "that is soooo me!"

So Panda's are a bit like Zebra's in that you only really need to shade a few area's rather than colour. So I used my Cool Gray Copic Markers to shade and then coloured the glasses frame and coffee cup.
Isn't the background gorgeous! It's by Digi Papers by Lozzy and it's from the range called Paper Mixed Media (mmo).
Sentiment is perfect! and by Jaded Bossom from Coffee Break stamp set and I used one of their Mini Tag Dies cut down. Now I got a bit creative with the two triangles above the sentiment.
I actually cut a Hexagon using the Stitched Hexagon Dies from Jaded Blossom and then repositioned to cut out 2 triangles! Perfect and they look great!
The Heart dies are from SU.

Gus the Bad Egg!

Time for another Inspiration post over at Scrapper's Delights Blog Challenge.

This time I chose to use Gus Dragon & Dinosaur 1.

With this set, you get Gus with and without wings, and also 2 sets of eggs.
I chose to use my Gus with wings and placed him in front of the egg.
Coloured with Copic Markers and a simple embossed background. Hard to tell I know but you can see up the top left corner, all the dots are embossed.
My sentiment is another from Jaded Blossom - Eggcelent stamp set this time.
Grass is die cut using Jaded Blossom's Spring Dies and the speech bubble is a retired SU framelit sponge with Tim Holtz Peacock Feathers Distressing Ink.

Don't forget that the image Anna Mae 4 is being used in the Facebook Page's Progressive Challenge this month. We would love you to join in.

Ok, so who loves Panda's????

Well you are going to love the current Progressive Challenge over Sasayaki Glitter Digital Stamps.

Absolutely loved this one as soon as I saw it in my inbox!

Anyway, this cutie is called Panda in Mug and I loved him so much I made two cards!

So this time I went with some orange/yellow tones with my Copic Markers.
LOL, in case you haven't noticed I am loving this new colour combo!
Jaded Blossom sentiment from Coffee Break stamp set and the washi tape paws is from their Animal Print Designer Tapes stamp set. Also used their Stitched Square Dies, Scallop Square Dies and Mini Tag Dies 2.
